Suppose a state law on a subject enumerated in the Concurrent List has been reserved for the consideration of the President. If the President gives his assent to such a law, then which of the given would follow? (a) A Central law on the same subject would prevail over the state law in that state. (b) This state law would prevail over any previous Central Law on the same subject. (c) The Parliament could no longer make any law on the same subject with respect to that state. (d) The Parliament is not empowered to override such a law.
