This epic is a Tamil retelling of the Ramayana. Option 2 is incorrect- Kuttan was a Telugu poet who wrote a commentary on the Sanskrit grammar work Ashtadhyayi. Option 3 is correct- Nannayya, the pioneer of Telugu literature, began the translation of the Sanskrit Mahabharata into Telugu at the behest of King Rajaraja Narendra of the East Chalukya dynasty.
